Relationship Manager - Kurnool

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in Kurnool. This role will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their financial objectives, investment preferences, and risk appetite.
* Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell various financial products and services, including loans, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
* Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
* Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to enhance client experience and service delivery.
* Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and service metrics.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a relationship management or sales role within the banking or financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Residency in or willingness to relocate to Kurnool.
