Relationship Manager - Kurnool

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in Kurnool. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Proactively identify and acquire new clients, expanding the company's customer base in the Kurnool region.
* Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.
* Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to recommend appropriate products and services.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products and services to clients based on their evolving needs.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay informed and provide informed advice.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolios, performance, and future recommendations.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development, operations, and credit, to deliver seamless client service.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a relationship management or client-facing role within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Residing in or willing to relocate to Kurnool.
