Relationship Manager - LAP ( Suryapet )
Job Summary:**
As a Relationship Manager - LAP in Suryapet, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Loan Against Property (LAP) clients. This involves building strong relationships, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored LAP solutions to achieve business targets.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify and acquire new clients for Loan Against Property (LAP) in the Suryapet region.
* Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of LAP clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for LAP applications, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Understand client financial needs and cross-sell other banking products and services where appropriate.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for LAP products.
* Prepare and present loan proposals to credit committees, justifying the viability of each application.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan applications.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2-5 years) in sales or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
* Strong understanding of LAP products, credit appraisal, and risk management principles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of the Suryapet market and local business landscape is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
