Relationship Manager - LB nagar
Job Summary**
The Relationship Manager - LB Nagar will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the LB Nagar region, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable products and services to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients in the LB Nagar area.
* Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell/up-sell a range of financial products and services (e.g., loans, investments, insurance) tailored to their requirements.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and business growth objectives.
* Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess their financial situation and provide personalized advice.
* Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer service.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales reports.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, credit) to ensure seamless client service delivery.
* Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities to expand client base.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
* Residency or strong familiarity with the LB Nagar area is preferred.
