Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. - Actively engage in business development activities to expand the client base and increase sales. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients. - Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. Required Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Proven business development skills with a focus on client relationship management. - Experience in the life insurance, banking sales, agency development, or direct sales sectors is preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Freshers may be considered for eligible positions.
