Job Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and proactive business development.
- Focus mainly on property loans, with opportunities to handle commercial and business loan solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to develop sales opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth application and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and sales follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Strong sales and business development mindset, with confidence in cold calling and actively sourcing new leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Able to manage multiple client enquiries, follow-ups, and documentation in a professional manner.
