1. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
   
2. Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
   
3. Identifying & assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
   
4. To look into marketing activities and thereby drives sales of our company products in the assigned regions.
   

Requirements

1. Candidate should be smart, presentable and proficient in English, Hindi, Bengali
   
2. Preference will be given to the candidates having good communication & convincing skills.
   
3. Candidate must have a two wheeler with a valid driving license.
