Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, field sales, referrals, property dealers, builders, and channel partners.
• Identify potential customers interested in home loans and related financial products.
• Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, tenure, and repayment options.
• Meet monthly sales targets for loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for smooth loan processing.
• Follow up with customers from lead generation to final loan disbursement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and lead pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and applicable regulations.
