Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience (2+ years) in a relationship management or sales role within the financial services industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g., loans, investments, insurance).
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
