Relationship Manager - Tirupati

Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in Tirupati. This role is responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services.
* Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess financial goals and provide expert advice.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, legal) to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
* Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to clients.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g., investments, loans, insurance).
* Ability to analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of the local market in Tirupati is an advantage.
