Job Summary
The Relationship Manager in Tirupati will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and growth within the assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients in Tirupati, acting as their primary point of contact.
* Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services, including investments, loans, and other banking solutions.
* Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and portfolio analyses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch/region.
* Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as product specialists, credit, and operations to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
* Prepare and present reports on client activity, sales performance, and market opportunities.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a similar client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investment options, lending, and retail banking.
* Ability to analyze client financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English, both written and spoken.
* Familiarity with the Tirupati market and local client base is highly desirable.
