Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in Tirupati. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored financial solutions to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and corporate clients in Tirupati and surrounding areas.
* Proactively identify client financial needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services, including loans, investments, insurance, and other financial solutions.
* Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
* Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to understand their financial goals and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their risk appetite and objectives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, credit, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
* Ability to analyze financial data and provide sound financial advice.
* Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Tirupati and surrounding areas as needed.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
