Relationship Manager

We're looking for a detail-oriented Closing Manager to own the end-to-end property closing process, from offer acceptance to final registration. You'll act as the single point of contact for buyers and sellers, coordinate with lawyers, bankers, and registrars, and ensure all legal and financial documents are completed accurately and on time. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple transactions smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Single owner of the whole process and single point of contact from offer acceptance to registration of a Truva property.
• Guide buyers and sellers through each step of the closing process, providing assistance and resolving queries.
• Ensure all closing documents, including legal and financial papers, are accurately completed and submitted on time.
• Work with lawyers, bankers, societies, and registrars to ensure smooth registration.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in real estate transactions or related fields is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure smooth closings.
• Comfort in managing multiple transactions.
