Relationship Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, particularly within the building materials sector, including chemicals, tiles, cement, paints, and adhesives. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the building materials industry. - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products. - Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. - Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
