Relationship Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail banking and a proven track record in managing customer relationships effectively. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their banking needs are met while promoting our range of retail banking products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions. - Promote and cross-sell CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) and other retail liabilities products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. - Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for additional services. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. - Prepare and present reports on sales performance and customer feedback to management. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of CASA and retail liabilities products. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell banking products. - Experience in retail branch banking operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
