Relationship Manager - Vijayawada

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. This role involves managing and developing strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to support their business growth and personal wealth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients in Vijayawada and surrounding regions.
* Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and wealth management solutions.
* Conduct regular client meetings to review financial portfolios, understand evolving needs, and provide personalized advice.
* Prepare and present financial proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company policies.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
* Resolve client queries and issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations, product development) to deliver seamless client service.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reporting.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or banking, preferably in Vijayawada.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services, including retail banking, corporate banking, or wealth management.
* Ability to analyze financial data and provide sound financial advice.

* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English, both written and verbal.
