Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Warangal. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to support their goals.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
* Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services.
* Conduct regular client meetings to review their financial situation, assess evolving needs, and provide expert advice.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional client service.
* Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports.
* Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and internal policies.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing relationship management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, loans, and insurance.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Results-oriented with a strong sales and customer service acumen.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English and Telugu is essential.
* Knowledge of the Warangal market and local clientele is a significant advantage.
