Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end motor insurance business (new & renewals).
• Handle client relationships and ensure high retention.
• Cross-sell general insurance products to existing clients.
• Coordinate with insurers for quotations, policy issuance, and claims support.
• Provide prompt and effective customer service.
• Support business development activities and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in motor and general insurance.
• Good understanding of insurance products and processes.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a target-driven environment.
• No Life Insurance background.
• Experience in Channel development and distribution.
