Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions. Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and sales conversions. Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service. Identify new business opportunities through market research. Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company policies. Eligibility 12th Pass or Any Graduate. 0-2 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Sales, or a related field. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
