Position Overview
Reporting to Technical Team Lead in Delft/Espoo you will have full ownership of the release management of our products, and end-to-end automation of the release and user management processes. You will be working closely with colleagues in our DevOps and QA teams building and continuously improving CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute releasing of our products, maintaining an accurate record of installed versions, including SDK and instrument firmware.
Coordinate closely with QA team to ensure technical compatibility and testing coverage of installed combinations.
Optimise user management processes in collaboration with the product development team.
Automate all key aspects of the release and user management processes.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth product updates.
Qualifications
A BSc or MSc in computer science or similar.
Experience in working with a major cloud platform and CI/CD pipelines are essential requirements.
Excellent communication skills with cultural awareness for effective global collaboration.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, Terraform, Auth0 and/or Moodle is a strong plus.
