Release Manager & Test Automation Lead
- Delivery of software releases on schedule with defined scope and quality
- Transition to continuous delivery
- Ensuring reliable operation of the CI/CD pipelines and improving their efficiency
- Contribution to the test strategy and coordination of its execution
- Driving the development of test frameworks and automation tools
- Providing technical leadership to the QA and testing team
- Experience with test and release automation, continuous integration and delivery
- Detailed understanding of cloud-based CI/CD implementations, preferably GitLab CI
- Confidence with python and shell scripting
- Ability to read C
- Practical understanding of test methodology and implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor junior colleagues
- Specific experience with Yocto, embedded Linux and firmware
- Contributions to open-source projects
