About the role
Metrica is looking for a Release Train Engineer for a Space Sector project.
What you'll do
- Plan and facilitate ART events.
- PI Planning (Program Increment Planning). ART Sync. System Demos. Inspect & Adapt Workshops.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments between teams.
- Track and communicate program progress.
- Coordinate with Product Management and System Architects to balance scope, capacity, and risks.
- Management of dependencies between teams and subcontractors.
- Alignment between Agile developments and V-cycle requirements.
What we're looking for
- Experience in large-scale Agile program management, facilitation of SAFe events, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and management of risks and dependencies.
- Specialized in complex engineering environments where systems engineering, software, integration, and validation converge, driving continuous value delivery and continuous program improvement.
- More than 8 years of experience in systems development, engineering, or project management.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as: Senior Scrum Master, Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, Agile Coach; Participation in multi-team environments.
- Valuable certifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
- Participation in multi-team environments.
- English B2-C1
How you'll work
- Location: Barcelona
- Modality: (on-site presence required): 20% on-site/80% remote work
- Availability to travel
- Equipment provided by the client for security reasons.
- SBA: 50k - 55k
