Release Train Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join a high-profile government program delivering complex, cloud-based digital solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

• 8–10 years' experience establishing and managing the delivery of technical ICT projects, including digital and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong experience working within Scaled Agile / SAFe environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects within Federal or State Government environments.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry-recognised project management or Agile qualifications, such as Diploma of Project Management or SAFe certification.
• Proven ability to develop team capability, support colleagues and foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with organisational values.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-squad and program-level ceremonies.
