Release Train Engineer (SAFe) Agile

Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience as a Release Train Engineer, or significant experience coordinating multiple Agile teams within a SAFe environment as a Senior Scrum Master
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or another current SAFe qualification
- Experience facilitating PI Planning and other scaled Agile events
- Proven coaching and people leadership experience, with the ability to develop Scrum Masters and Agile teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A collaborative, servant leadership approach and a passion for continuous improvement
- Coordinate delivery across a large portfolio, supporting between 15 and 20 Agile teams and leading up to 10 Scrum Masters
- Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, System Demos and other key scaled Agile events
- Coach Scrum Masters, leaders and Agile teams to improve capability and Agile maturity
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks and impediments to keep delivery on track
- Improve the flow of work by removing bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement
- Support the ongoing evolution of Agile ways of working across the technology function
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure priorities, objectives and delivery remain aligned
