Reliability Engineer
1. Maintenance & Reliability
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Drive plant reliability by identifying and eliminating chronic equipment failures and improving asset performance
- Monitor equipment condition through inspections and reliability techniques
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained
- Ensure execution of maintenance plans with strict adherence to quality, safety and timelines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S TPM)
- Maintain equipment history and performance records
- Design, evaluate, and improve mechanical components, systems, and processes
- Conduct performance testing, analysis, and optimization of equipment
- Use CAD tools and engineering software for design and modifications
- Provide technical advice and engineering support to operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards
- Diagnose complex mechanical issues and directly implement technical solutions to restore or improve equipment performance
- Support and implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives
- Drive focus improvement and reliability enhancement projects
- Recommend equipment modifications to increase performance and reduce maintenance cost
- Coordinate condition monitoring activities (vibration, oil analysis, etc.)
- Lead reliability improvement projects from problem identification through execution and results validation
- Support CAPEX planning and execution for maintenance and improvement projects
- Estimate costs, materials, and resources for maintenance and projects
- Monitor and control maintenance budget, costs, and resource utilization
- Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades
- Take ownership of assigned projects including technical scope, execution, and delivery within timeline and budget
2. Mechanical Engineering & Technical Tasks
- Design, evaluate, and improve mechanical components, systems, and processes

- Drive focus improvement and reliability enhancement projects

4. Project & Budget Management

5. Team Supervision & Development
- Supervise and guide the technicians
- Provide training and coaching to team members
- Manage schedules, attendance, overtime
- Manage performance of the team
- Support skill development of junior staffs
6. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors for technical solutions
- Support scheduling and prioritization of maintenance activities
- Act as the technical focal point for reliability-related issues across departments
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and work standards
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce PPE usage
- Support incident prevention and reporting of near-misses (goal: zero accidents)
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe working practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Ensure all reliability and maintenance interventions meet safety and regulatory requirements
