Reliability Manager, EU AMZL RME

AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch) is seeking a Reliability Manager to ensure automated systems operate at peak performance, maximizing equipment availability across European delivery stations.

You will lead reliability projects, engage cross-functional partners, and drive standardisation and improvements from concept to deployment of new equipment and processes.

Create, innovate and drive projects to reliability, cost and resource-use benefits at European scale. Increase standardisation across delivery stations and future designs. Optimize existing equipment/processes and support expansion of new equipment from concept to deployment. Prepare and present reports and business cases to senior leadership. Communicate reliability program status and outputs to senior leaders. Develop long-term strategy and roadmap for reliability initiatives. Implement standards validated by EU Engineering and participate in continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, required. Better knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems design. Experience with automated or non-automated material handling equipment. Willingness to work flexible schedule incl. weekends, nights, holidays. Strong communication in English, written and verbal.
