Reliability manager or head of QA/QC

KBR is looking for a reliability manager to facilitate, monitor, and control the plant maintenance quality assurance procedures and policies.

Location: Jubail

Responsibilities:

• Develop QA plans and other required process control procedures to ensure maintenance processes meet the specified quality and HSEQ standards of the company.
• Maintain the corrective action program and other quality systems.
• Develop and implement quality management systems.
• Coordinate and participate in internal audits with company quality personnel.
• Conduct quality assurance investigations (deviations, out-of-specifications, etc.).
• Review maintenance processes and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Liaise with other departments on quality assurance issues.
• Carry out other quality assurance functions as they may arise.
• Support contractor staff in its mission of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all QA department personnel are trained to perform their jobs effectively and manage the QA departmental budget and other administrative functions to ensure an efficient maintenance operation that is cost effective and well integrated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a quality controller position.
• Strong technical understanding of quality control and assurance.
• Holding NACE Level 2 certification.
• Strong knowledge in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Strategic thinking, open to new ideas.
• Ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment.
