Our agents are given qualified clients at the pace they like - no need to chase client leads on their own - and all marketing needs are fully covered by Wm French. Additionally, there's no "duty desk" time or open house assignments for Wm French agents, giving our agents the time they need to focus entirely on giving our clients the best possible service and helping them find much more than a home in St. Louis.

Ideal candidates will:

• Have 1 to 2+ years of real estate agent experience
• Hold a current Missouri real estate license
• Be in good standing with the local Realtor board
• Dislike "hard sales" but love the idea of collaboration and comprehensive client service
• Have a desire and ability to positively interact with top business talent and their families
• Want more out of their career than traditional real estate can offer
