As a Reltio MDM - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, developing skills outside your comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Designing and developing data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis
- Implementing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to convert raw data into actionable insights
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of data-driven initiatives to drive business growth
- Utilizing advanced technologies and techniques to enhance data architecture and database optimization
- Managing client support and engagement workstreams, confirming quality and timely deliverables
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for improved data solutions
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to maintain project alignment
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across data engineering teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating proficiency in data architecture development and optimization
- Utilizing advanced skills in Apache Hadoop and Apache Airflow
