Remodeling Sales Consultant

As a Project Developer you will be meeting with Charlotte area homeowners interested in remodeling their kitchen, baths, whole house, or constructing an addition on to their home.

We are in search of a qualified candidate interested in joining our award-winning team. As a Project Developer you will be meeting with Charlotte area homeowners interested in remodeling their kitchen, baths, whole house, or constructing an addition on to their home. Using your experience in the home design and/or construction industry, you'll walk them through our proven process for designing, developing, and constructing their dream remodel. From there, you'll work with a team of Designers and Project Managers to deliver the client's renovation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
• Provide realistic budgeting for their desired scope of work and level of finishes.
• Working with a dedicated Designer, ensure the client's needs are clearly delivered in detailed set of plans and specifications.
• Working with a dedicated Project Manager, ensure the project cost is accurately estimated.
• Write and close a detailed fixed price contract with the client.

Skills and Experience

• 5 years experience in a related residential design or construction client-facing role (sales, project management, design)
• Certifications or 4 year degree in design, business, or residential construction preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive Base Salary + Commission
