Summary:

As a Remote Accounting Settlements/Reconciliation Associate, in this role will support the accounting functions for our external clients including being accountable for the balancing and settling of all client benefits/funds entering and exiting the system

What you will be doing:

• Able to use Excel to balance bank statements reconciliations and balance daily settlements
• Determine cause and appropriate course of action to recover negative amounts
• Clear and effective communication skills both reading and writing
• Must be efficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• All other tasks as assigned

• Work Schedule: will vary from (Monday-Friday) from (7:00am-4:00pm, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm) w/ some weekend and OT as required during peak seasons (Central time)zone

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma, or GED
• Previous experience in payment services / prepaid cards / banking or (back-Office work in banking) /ACH files is highly desirable
• Minimum of 2+ years Accounting Experience
• Must have strong Excel skills
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check, credit check and fingerprint.
• Must have high speed internet connection.
