Position Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations for a U.S. roofing business. You’ll be working remotely, handling administrative tasks that keep projects organized and clients satisfied. Responsibilities:

• Handle email and calendar management
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients or subcontractors
• Perform data entry and manage files and documents
• Create and update reports or spreadsheets
• Support project coordination tasks
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely task completion
• Assist with CRM and project management system updates

Requirements:

English proficiency (B2 or higher – verbal and written)

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or customer service role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or CRM software
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
• Prior experience in the construction or roofing industry (a plus, not required)
