Remote Administrative Assistant (Mobile App Operations & Quality Support)
Role Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our growing mobile app operations team. No prior administrative, tech, or QA experience is required—we provide full hands-on training! In this role, you will learn how to support our Mobile App Tester, Admin Coordinator, and App Review Coordinator, serving as the central hub that keeps team communications, documentation, and routine tracking tasks running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Mobile App Tester:
Organize tester bug reports, ensuring screenshots, device logs, and system details are attached properly.
Help update our active mobile device list (tracking iOS and Android OS versions and device models).
Format daily test run sheets and clear completed testing tasks.
Supporting the Admin Coordinator:
Update routine task boards (Google Sheets, Trello) and flag incomplete entries or missing links.
Draft basic operational updates, meeting agendas, and team check-in emails using standard templates.
Track daily completed tasks and ensure administrative logs stay organized.
Supporting the App Review Coordinator:
Pre-sort incoming app store reviews into basic categories (e.g., bug, feature idea, praise) using simple guidelines.
Schedule weekly team meetings, send calendar invites, and record basic action items.
Help gather raw review data and simple charts to build client summary slide decks.
Qualifications & Requirements
No Experience Needed: Complete training provided on all software, daily tasks, and workflows.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with typing, using web browsers, and basic tools like Google Docs or Sheets.
Eye for Detail: High curiosity and strong organizational habits—you like keeping files and task lists tidy.
Clear Communication: Good written English skills for quick team messaging, basic email drafts, and accurate notes.
Remote Setup: A working computer, reliable internet connection, and the self-discipline to manage daily tasks from home.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
An interest in mobile apps, smartphones, or technology.
Basic familiarity with team chat platforms like Slack or Zoom.
