Execute Daily Checklists: Follow routine administrative test plans to verify that mobile app features, menus, and user account workflows function smoothly on iOS and Android devices.
Document & Log Issues: Clear, detailed entry of operational issues, visual errors, or app bugs into central tracking boards, including step-by-step descriptions and screenshots.
App Performance Monitoring: Review lifestyle app updates like a typical user to provide feedback on usability, layout flow, and general content accuracy.
Verification & Follow-up: Track open issue logs and re-check features once the development team marks them complete to confirm resolution.
Operational Communication: Maintain clear logs in communication channels (e.g., Slack) and keep management updated on weekly task completion status.
Qualifications & Requirements
No Specialized QA Experience Needed: We provide comprehensive training on our internal tools, checklists, and tracking systems.
Device & Tech Access: Personal access to a modern iOS (iPhone) and/or Android device, alongside a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow repetitive workflows accurately and catch small errors.
Clear Written Communication: Strong written communication skills for clear documentation, status updates, and bug reporting.
Self-Motivated: Ability to stay task-focused and manage daily administrative assignments independently in a remote environment.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
Experience using standard administrative tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, or Jira).
Enthusiasm for daily consumer technology, productivity tools, and lifestyle apps.
