Impactid is a growing U.S. marketing agency that helps flooring, HVAC, concrete coating, and other home-service companies turn inbound homeowner leads into qualified appointments.
We're hiring a full-time appointment setter to join our team and manage homeowner leads for our clients.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
Compensation
$7 USD/hour
$10 USD for every qualified appointment that shows
The better you perform, the more you earn.
What you'll be doing
Calling new inbound homeowner leads quickly
Asking qualification questions about their project
Booking estimates directly onto our clients' calendars
Following up aggressively with leads who don't answer
Booking callbacks when homeowners are busy
Confirming upcoming appointments
Rescheduling cancellations and recovering no-shows
Calling older leads already sitting in our CRM
Keeping lead information and pipeline stages organized and accurate
This is a phone-heavy role.
You should be comfortable making calls throughout the day, following a script/process, handling objections, and consistently following up until a clear outcome is reached.
Who we're looking for
You should:
Speak extremely clear and fluent English
Sound natural and professional speaking with U.S. homeowners
Have previous appointment-setting, sales, call-center, or phone customer-service experience
Be confident on the phone
Communicate clearly and concisely
Be highly coachable and able to implement feedback quickly
Be organized and consistent
Be comfortable being measured on performance
Have reliable high-speed internet
Have a professional headset/microphone
Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Be available consistently from 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time

Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM is a plus.
