Remote Area Support Manager

Job Details
Provide technical and commercial support to the RSMs in Regional Offices and Distributors in relevant terrorities. Manage a project trialling the manufacture of a quad shipset of steel transition ducts made in India. Support boat builders, naval architects and vessel operators. provide two-way linkage between all functions that happen at the factory/head office and the Regional Sales Managers and distributors around the world.

Job Requirements / Skill & Competencies
Formal qualification in engineering - degree or diploma in mechanical, marine or electrical engineering or similar or equivalent experirence. Strong commercial experience in the marine industry. Strong skills in Microsoft office and familiarity using a CRM tool. Marine OEM experience. Experience working in a technical sales or commercial roles in the marine industry. The ability to effectively negotiate deals, ensuring successful outcomes for both the company and customers.
