Remote BI & Data Analyst: Power BI Dashboards & MES Data

Exor International S.P.A. in Bologna, Italy, seeks a Data Analyst/BI Specialist to transform data from MES, ERP and other systems into insightful dashboards that drive operational improvements.

The role focuses on designing Power BI reports, building robust data models with DAX, managing ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling decision-making across production and quality domains. Remote work up to two days per week is available.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for KPIs in production and quality. Collaborate with MES team to translate needs into data models and reporting. Implement and optimize Power BI data models with DAX and best practices. Manage report refresh, publishing, and security. Develop ETL pipelines from MES, SQL databases, and APIs. Ensure data quality and traceability for decision making. Provide documentation and user training. 3+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics in manufacturing or similar. Expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service. Strong knowledge of DAX and data modeling concepts. Experience building and optimizing ETL pipelines.
