Remote Bid Manager - Licensing & Tenders (Europe)

Herzum (now part of catworkx) invites applications for a Junior/Middle Bid Manager to join our Licenses Team, supporting Atlassian-related offers and public tenders across Europe.

You will manage Atlassian licensing offers, maintain client relationships, coordinate with partners and vendors, and monitor tender portals. English is required; German (C1) is a plus. Fully remote, permanent contract with a gross annual salary of €23,000–€25,000, depending on experience.

Manage and prepare Atlassian licensing offers. Maintain relationships with Atlassian Clients. Participate in public tenders across Europe. Coordinate with Atlassian Partners and Vendors. Maintain registrations on various public procurement portals. Monitor tenders for licenses and services. Experience as Bid Manager or in a similar role. Experience in public tenders. Excellent proficiency in English. German language proficiency (C1 level).
