The Remote Business Systems Analyst (Financial Services) is a team contributor role supporting financial services and consumer lending. The analyst must be able to work independently managing tasks related to testing development projects of moderate to high complexity in support of client needs on site at the client facility.

Job Duties:

• Refine initial business requirements provided by the client into business/system requirements the technical team can execute on utilizing various business requirement elicitation techniques in a Software as a Service offering.
• Act as a translator/interpreter between the client and the technology team during requirements gathering and design discussions.
• Assure software requirements have been properly coded as defined by the system users.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing when needed.
• Partner with Product Development team to support product enhancements and process improvement to custom built solutions
• Level 2 on-call support for a week roughly once per quarter
• Well organized, highly motivated and self-starter to operate with minimal guidance while collaborating in a multi-tasking environment.
• Knowledge of office productivity software (MS Office)

Qualifications:

• Consumer Loan operations experience supporting the IT applications or managing business processes is required.
• Strong background in development of solutions and/or supporting IT applications for diverse business needs is required.
• Must have good organization and time management skills.
• Requires solid written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to positively contribute to the overall success of the project team are required.
• Highly desire a candidate with experience with Shaw Retail, Shaw Collections, or Shaw Leasing system or similar consumer lending platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of educational background and work experience in Banking/Financial Services/Consumer Lending preferred.
• Project management experience desired.

This is a remote position; must be located in the United States. For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is a base of $52k - $75k.
