About CCS
Career CDL Solutions is a US trucking recruitment agency based in Orlando, Florida. We recruit CDL-A truck drivers for carriers across the United States. We don’t just run ads and pass leads along. We handle the whole process, from the first call through the day the driver reports to orientation.
The Role
You’ll recruit US truck drivers by phone. We give you warm driver leads and a dialer from day one, so you’re talking to drivers right away instead of searching for them. Placements in this industry move fast, and most drivers start within a week of applying. That means you see commission early, not months later.
What You’ll Do
Call driver leads from our dialer and pre-qualify them on experience, license, and job fit
Answer inbound driver calls live
Walk drivers through the application and collect their CDL and medical card
Send completed files to the carrier’s safety department and follow up on approvals
Keep drivers on track for their drug test
Help schedule orientation and travel
Keep every driver’s status up to date in our ATS
Stay in contact with drivers and carriers until the driver reports to orientation
Performance Targets
50 outbound calls per day
Inbound calls answered live
Average of 12+ driver placements per month once ramped up
You set your own schedule. We measure results, not hours.
Compensation
$500 USD monthly base retainer
Uncapped commission on every driver placed $50 first 3 hires and then $75 per hire
Paid monthly on your invoice (cuenta de cobro)
What You Need
Recruiting, sales, or call center experience
Comfortable on the phone all day and confident closing
Organized and good at follow-up
