Provide professional, warm, and accurate client communication within the Assetara workspace. Deliver concierge-style client support, including platform navigation assistance. Manage unread client threads, SLA compliance, and proactive outreach within policy. Maintain client notes in CRM with accuracy and privacy in mind. Identify escalations and report issues per compliance rules. Strict adherence to operational, security, and compliance guidelines. Professional remote work discipline and time management.
