Remote Commission-Based Sales Representative

We are hiring commission-only setters and closers for the US market, fully remote.

Responsibilities:
- Call small US business owners (cleaning companies, groomers, local services).
- Qualify them.
- Close the deal.
- Right now most people work full-cycle (set and close your own leads).
- We will split into dedicated setters and closers as volume grows.
- Leads are warm and researched, not random cold lists.

Requirements:
- Your own dialer (we can help set up a US number if needed).
- Some phone sales experience.
- You have done cold calls before.
- Clear, confident English.
- Reliable internet.
- Self-driven.
- No hand-holding needed.

Compensation:
