Job Title: Remote Project Manager (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 USD/month base salary (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM US Eastern Time / ET
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning, Scope & Execution

Creates, executes, and adapts detailed project work plans and schedules to meet changing client needs, site conditions, and technical requirements.

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of assigned construction and flooring projects, ensuring strict scope control and quality assurance.

Identifies required project resources, assigns individual responsibilities, and reviews all team deliverables before client submissions.

Conducts regular virtual meetings with architects, engineers, material suppliers, and clients to align on specifications and project milestones.

Schedules and coordinates virtual site check-ins with field personnel to ensure close supervision, quality control, and safety standard compliance.

Organizes, updates, and archives all project documentation, including scope changes, submittals, schedules, change orders, and closeout packages.
Client Relations & Stakeholder Communication

Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively setting expectations, identifying needs, and communicating project updates.

Communicates relevant project metrics, progress, and financial statuses to internal leadership and executive stakeholders.

Manages project risks, resolves job site issues rapidly, and escalates critical roadblocks tactfully and efficiently.

Fosters long-term relationships with general contractors, client representatives, and trade partners to secure repeat business.
Operations & Financial Alignment

Tracks project financial performance, monitoring material procurement costs, labor allocation, and profitability targets.

Learns and utilizes specialized commercial flooring software and digital plan-reading platforms to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.

Enforces company operating procedures, quality benchmarks, and core organizational values across all project workstreams.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications

Construction Industry Experience: 2–5+ years of hands-on project management experience within the construction, commercial flooring, specialty contracting, or building materials industries.

Blueprint & Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings, structural plans, finish schedules, and installation specifications.

Project Financial Management: Solid understanding of job costing, project budgeting, scope tracking, change order management, and financial variance analysis.

Proactive Client Communication: Outgoing personality with strong phone and video communication skills, capable of managing client relationships, leading stakeholder meetings, and resolving conflicts tactfully.

Software & Digital Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs) and comfort adopting specialized construction or flooring project management software.

Self-Motivated Remote Execution: Strong personal drive, time management, and organizational discipline to operate autonomously in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Fluent English Communication: C1/C2 native-level written and spoken English skills to converse fluently with US-based engineers, architects, general contractors, and clients.

Schedule Alignment: Full availability to work standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET).

Remote Workspace Infrastructure: High-performance computer setup (dual monitors preferred), HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, dedicated quiet home office, and high-speed internet with high power/connectivity reliability.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.

Direct experience in commercial flooring, interior finishes, or millwork installation management.
