Remote Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

Interact with different systems to input product and customer data.

Project may include some inbound/outbound phone calls.

Performs, as a skilled worker, a variety of customer service tasks.

Determines, based on professional knowledge, the best way to approach the task and resolve anomalies.

Analyzes anomalies occurring in own work area and reasons, based on professional knowledge, where the cause is and remedies it.

Performs work with a limited degree of supervision.
