Remote Data Entry Specialist (SAP REQUIRED)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining high-volume transactional data in SAP, ensuring inventory movements, warehouse transfers, purchase order receipts, and other related entries are processed efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling approximately 300 entries per day with a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter daily inventory and warehouse-related transactions into SAP accurately and timely.
  • Process warehouse movement entries, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
  • Enter and verify transfer transactions between warehouses.
  • Process and record Goods Receipts / Purchase Order Receipts (PO Receipts) in SAP.
  • Review and validate data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and updates.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in updating inventory records and ensuring system accuracy.
  • Follow internal procedures and deadlines for data processing.
  • Handle approximately 300+ system entries daily while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Report inconsistencies or unusual inventory/data issues to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience in Data Entry, Inventory Control, Logistics Support, or Administrative Support.
  • Required experience using SAP (strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse transactions preferred).
  • Experience with:
    • Purchase Orders (POs)
    • Goods Receipts (GRPO)
    • Warehouse Transfers
    • Inventory Movements
    • Stock Adjustments
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
  • English proficiency preferred.
Work Schedule
This is a remote position with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (Eastern Time):
  • Shift 1: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM ET
  • Shift 2: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM ET
Schedule flexibility is required based on operational needs.
Work Environment / Equipment Requirements
This is a fully remote position. The selected candidate will be required to use their own equipment, including:
  • Laptop or desktop computer with at least an Intel Core i5 processor (or equivalent).
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
  • Equipment capable of efficiently running SAP and other work-related systems.
The employee is expected to maintain a secure, quiet, and professional remote work environment with minimal distractions.
