Remote Data Ingestion Engineer — Onboarding & Support

KMC Solutions is hiring a Technical Onboarding & Support Engineer to onboard customers to SOCi's data ingestion platform and manage pipelines via API and SFTP. You will diagnose ingestion issues, engage with customers, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met. A strong SQL and API background, plus ability to work remotely, is needed.

The role emphasizes end-to-end data lifecycle ownership, documentation, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to maintain reliable data flows.
