About the Role
Student Paddy is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Video Editor to create high-performing, conversion-focused video content for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Video Editor, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.
- Experience creating direct-response or performance marketing videos designed to drive engagement, leads, or conversions.
- Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing videos, paid advertising creatives, or conversion-focused content.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, motion graphics, captions, and performance-driven editing.
- Ability to create multiple creative variations for campaign testing and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable receiving feedback, making revisions, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work setup.
- Must be based in Lagos State and able to commute to Iponri for a physical interview if shortlisted.
