District Manager | Water & Wastewater Treatment Sales

You’ll drive sales growth across an assigned district by developing customer relationships, identifying operational needs, and recommending technical solutions that improve customer performance. You’ll work directly with plant and facility leaders, provide technical support, and help customers adopt products and technologies that strengthen long-term partnerships.

The role combines technical sales, customer problem-solving, and field-based responsibility within a growing company focused on sustainable, bio-based solutions.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve district growth targets.
• Build relationships with customers and key plant and facility stakeholders.
• Analyze customer systems and data to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
• Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Promote new products, innovations, and technologies within assigned accounts.
• Prepare and interpret detailed sales and service reports.
• Travel 40%–60% throughout the district.

What You’ll Need
• 10+ years of experience in technical sales.
• Ability to review, edit, interpret, and create detailed sales and service reports.
• Strong communication skills with technical, product, and business teams.
• Working knowledge of CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel 40%–60% throughout the district.

Preferred
• 10+ years of experience in wastewater treatment operations and sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, or a related field.
