Must have:

Minimum 3 years of experience in automated testing.
Proficiency in Python and ability to design, improve, debug, modify, and maintain an automation framework codebase.
Understanding of embedded testing challenges.
Python (advanced level), Pytest, C, Git, CI/CD processes.
Solid experience in embedded software testing.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Self-discipline and self-organisation at work.
Good Polish and English language skills.

Nice to have:

ISTQB Certificate, Polarion, Ceedling, LDRA.
