Remote Experience Driver/Porter

Hansel Ford Lincoln is seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Full-Time Porter to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering outstanding service, we’d love to meet you!

As a Porter, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience at our dealership. This position is responsible for greeting customers, assisting them as they arrive, and ensuring vehicles are moved safely and efficiently throughout the property. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, interacting with customers, and supporting multiple departments across the dealership. This role is essential in helping our team deliver the high level of service and professionalism our customers expect.

As a Porter, you will welcome guests to our facility, guide them to the appropriate departments, offer refreshments, and answer basic questions. You will also be responsible for transporting vehicles safely on dealership grounds, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and helping ensure that both customers and employees have what they need to accomplish their goals. We are looking for someone friendly, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Pay Range
Pay Scale includes Base Hourly Compensation between $18.31 and $20.00.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Welcome customers upon arrival
• Direct customers to the correct department
• Offer coffee and refreshments
• Answer basic customer questions
• Safely move vehicles around the dealership
• Assist staff and customers to ensure smooth daily operations

• Ability to pass a criminal background screening

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move frequently throughout the dealership
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles
• Ability to work safety at heights and in varying weather and environmental conditions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Driving Requirements:

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy and insurer requirements
• Ability to operate safely vehicles.
